SCHOOL OF MAGIC – A complete unit for ESL students!

This unit is for ESL students to learn English through the magical story of Harry the wizard with the scar! Your pupils will receive their letters of admission to the school of magic and will buy the school supplies (a cauldron, a wand, a set of brass scales…), their pet (an own, a cat…), and their uniform before joining the school on Platform 9 ¾! Then, what house will they join? What does each house tell them about their personality? Who is their head teacher? Let’s describe them! So much to learn in a fun way for you and for your students! 😊

I use this unit at the beginning of the school year with my pupils of 5ème (the equivalent in France of the American 7th). I could use it with 6ème too (the equivalent in France of the American 6th grade) but later in the year.
